Solution: CAST Amour

This is the solution for the CAST Amour puzzle.

This puzzle can give quite some headaches but is not that hard to solve.

To start, separate the 2 rings to be in the configuration visible below.

Solution steps:

1. 
   From the above configuration, spin the ring following the arrow 1. When the ring opening reaches the metal heart, turn the ring following the arrow 2 to reach the configuration shown below. Warning: the male symbol (or female based on your start configuration) must NOT go through the opening of the other ring.

2. 
   Spin then the other ring to bring its opening at the metal heart level then turn it following the arrow to reach the configuration shown below.

3. 
   Continue to move the ring to bring its opening outside the metal heart.

4. 
   Once out of the heart, spin it at 180° to bring back its opening at the second hole of the metal heart and remove the ring completely.

5. 
   The same movement can be applied to the second ring to completely separate the 3 pieces. (Bring the opening outside the heart, do a 180° to have it back at the second hold in the heart then remove the ring).

6. Well done, puzzle solved !
   

To mount it back, just follow the solution backward.
